Helping your reach a resolution quickly
However careful they are, most businesses find themselves in a dispute at one time or another. When they do, disputes can easily escalate and begin to impact on the business and its overall performance. These need to be managed quickly, effectively and in the right manner. Otherwise, the impact can be severe. We combine legal precision with commercial insight, delivering practical solutions that minimise disruption and maximise results.

Your Right To Complain:
We aim to provide the best possible service, but if you are unhappy or concerned at any stage, please let us know so we can address the issue quickly. In the first instance, it may help to speak with the person handling your case. If you wish to make a formal complaint, our full complaints procedure is available on request.
If we cannot resolve your concerns, you may refer them to the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) if they relate to professional conduct, or to the Legal Ombudsman if they concern the service provided. The Legal Ombudsman requires that you first try to resolve the complaint with us and then contact them within six months of our final response, and no later than one year from the issue or from when you became aware of it.
