Helping clients affected by the closure of PM Law Ltd

Following the closure of PM Law on Monday 2nd February 2026, all of the Cumbria branches of Butterworths Solicitors have ceased trading. We appreciate that this is incredibly distressing for Butterworths clients with urgent matters. We have already spoken to a number of clients in this situation and will do our utmost to help.

It is being reported this morning that the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) are intervening into PM Law, meaning they will be taking possession of all documents and contacting clients.
